We apologize for the constant state of change that we have been in for the last year or so - it has taken time to gather enough assets to bring our dream to reality. Rest assured, though - The Exchange is our permanent home and, free from the grasp of a selfish owner or the ties to any single political force, our quality of service is better than ever.
